The scholars’ efforts regarding the structure of lexical text and its effects on the learner

Abstract
The structure of the article of the dictionary has known recently many changes
that appear in the school dictionary. This latter being, in fact, merely a summary
of the general Arabic dictionary.
This research paper deals with a number of these changes concerning, for
example, the order of entries and its impact on the definition, the anaphors, and
the omission produced by the abbreviation, as well as the punctuation. Assessing
how the mentioned procedures meet the needs of the pupil, such as simplicity and
clarity.
