Abstract
The research addresses the analysis of the argumentative statement plan chosen by Ali al-Wardi in his articles with a cultural and social dimension, which aims to renew Arab and Islamic thought. It has become known that the argumentative theory formulated by Perelman, Titka, Toulmin and others is concerned with analyzing the argumentative frameworks that advance It has many textual forms, which is what we were concerned with clarifying its limits and investing in its methodological tools to discover the means and links upon which argumentation is based in the essay literature according to Ali al-Wardi, and to highlight the argumentative ladders and the method of paradox as an allusive strategy aimed at creating an argumentative speech act that is explicit in one phase and implicit in the other.
